Bolt Amps Rock Musikmesse ‘09 in Frankfurt, Germany

Bolt Amps drew a huge crowd of interested artists, dealers and distributors at their booth all four days at Musikmesse in Frankfurt.  It was non-stop jamming as the buzz spread about Bolt’s phenomenal ability to get killer tone at any clean, crunch or lead setting, and at any volume.

January 17, 2009 - Launch!

January 17, 2009 – Anaheim, California - BOLT Guitar Amplification Systems launched their tube guitar amp head, slant and flat-faced cabinets and combo amp at the NAMM show today. 

BOLT Guitar Amplifiers feature tube preamps and tube power amps that are combined with a DSP that enhances the tubes’ ability to operate at their optimal level across the entire volume range. This is similar to a car’s digital engine control system, which monitors and adjusts the spark and fuel/air mix to greatly improve engine performance at all RPMs. BOLT’s proprietary Active Amp Response System does this by monitoring the output of the tubes and continually adjusting the amplifier’s response to maximize the tone at all clean or distortion settings at any volume, which creates one big sweet spot.
